The bed in my room was incredibly comfy, making it the highlight of my stay, and I loved the free parking, which was super handy. I really enjoyed unwinding in the lovely garden area and taking some time by the rooftop terrace. It would have been nice to have a coffee shop on-site since I arrived early and didn't have anywhere to grab a quick bite. ☕

The location is decent, just a 20-minute stroll to the centre, and breakfast served fresh fruit and haggis, which was delightful. The room was cozy, but somewhat cramped. A bit disappointing that there was no lift for my luggage, but the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

I had a lovely 3-night stay in a cozy double room surrounded by the beautiful architecture of the hotel. The area was peaceful, being on the university campus, and the dining room was a delight, creating an inviting atmosphere while enjoying my meals. The staff were exceptional, especially Marisol and Shannon, who made my experience even more enjoyable with their warm service. One thing that could be improved is the distance to the city center, which requires a bit of a walk.

It was a strong match for a short stint in Edinburgh with good value considering the price. The breakfast ordering process needs work since it took them a while to get my order wrong twice. Make sure to time your breakfast early to avoid long waits.

The location is perfect for a walk into the city, and everything was clean throughout. the university parking can be a hassle. Often, it’s full, leading us to leave the car where it was.
